Andrea Carnaghe is the owner and founder of Accounting a la Carte. She has over 10 years of accounting, bookkeeping and CFO experience and 10 years of experience in the staffing industry. Her accounting background and experience includes obtaining a CPA license while working for Price Waterhouse in San Francisco. Additionally, she taught beginning and intermediate accounting at Golden Gate University as well as accounting classes at Brooks Institute of Photography.
Ms. Carnaghe founded a successful staffing firm in San Francisco specializing in the recruitment and placement of accountants in the Bay Area. After selling her staffing company in 2000 she moved back home to Santa Barbara and began working with several local clients. She has assisted her clients in all aspects of their business, from cleaning up their financial records, uncovering fraud, streamlining their accounting procedures, training their staff, preparing financial statements, and getting their books “tax ready” for their tax preparer. Her clients view her as an integral part of their management team.
