STEP 1 – CONTACT US

You need a part-time bookkeeper, accountant or CFO who is experienced, provides quality service with great cost savings. You may need your books done monthly, quarterly or once a year.  Your books might need an overhaul or simply a tune up. Whatever the situation – we will make sure  your books up to date with accurate and useful financial information.

STEP 2 -  NEEDS ASSESSEMENT

Our owner Andy Carnaghe will work with you to provide the right accounting and bookkeeping solutions for your business needs. We will discuss various bookkeeping and accounting options specific to your business, making sure your books will be done right!  Proper set-up of your books is critical because it serves as the foundation for accurate bookkeeping - thus providing accurate financial information to help you make important business decisions.

STEP 3 – YOUR BOOKS ARE MAINTAINED

Our highly skilled and professional consultants will maintain your books according to your schedule and your  business specifications.  Initially, we will review your existing chart of accounts; your financial data and review financial reports to make sure your records are up to date and accurate.

STEP 4 – YEAR END “TAX READY”

Your books will be ready for your tax professional with proper accounting for income, expenses, asset, and liability accounts. Proper clean up of your books is critical because it serves as the foundation for accurate bookkeeping, which in turn allows you and your tax professionals the comfort of knowing your accounting is done right!
